Request for Proposal (RFP) for Provision of Phones and Recharge Cards - Extention

The International Rescue Committee (the IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. With funding from various international donors the IRC supports Syrian refugees and host communities throughout Lebanon in the areas of protection, women's empowerment, economic recovery and development and education.

The IRC invites qualified companies to submit a proposal for providing "Phones and Recharge Cards". The Request for proposal (RFP) containing invitation to tender was extended for another 2 weeks, instructions to bidders, annexes, general & special conditions of the contact etc... for the supplier can be collected from IRC office in Beirut, located at 711, Alfred Naccache St., Near AUST University, above UPS, Azouri center, 8th floor, Ashrafieh from October 19th, 2018.

Contact person for RFP collection is Ms. Nayiri Karageuzian. Office hours are 9:00 am - 4:00 pm from Monday till Friday. The proposal must be submitted in the format of two separate sealed envelope marked "Phones and Recharge Cards – Technical Proposal and Phones and Recharge Cards – Financial Proposal" and hand delivered to the same address before 16:00 PM on November 2nd, 2018.

No proposal shall be accepted after this time.
