Main Tasks:
- In close coordination with Social Promotion Foundation (FPS) and the National Mental Health Programme (NMHP), set the selection criteria of targeted groups (frontline staff) and select the frontline staff whom participate in each training accordingly.
- Provide crisis management training in the different governorates of Lebanon
- Administer pre and post-tests, as well as a training evaluation
- Document all necessary feedback and provide training reports to the FPS Project Coordinator and NMHP
Deliverables:
- Pre and post-tests results
- Training evaluation filled forms
- Training report
Qualifications:
- Masters in Psychology; PhD is a plus
- Implementing trainings for at least 5 years
- Experience in psychological interventions in an emergency setting for at least 5 years
- Experience in humanitarian context is a plus
- Strong facilitation and organizational skills
- Motivated and ability to work in a team
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Willing to travel across Lebanon
Dates and Timeforame for the Assignment:
Exact dates for the trainings will be determined in coordination with the hired Crisis Management Trainer.
For the year of 2018, two trainings must be conducted in each of the following months for a total of six trainings: September, October and November.
For the year of 2019, six additional trainings will be scheduled, however the exact months are still to be determined.
