- Assist the CEO in ongoing development and potential expansion of the project
- Coordinate the research and program activities of Ibdaa Programs including (but not limited to) logistics, partnership support, data collection and evaluation
- Execute a variety of administrative duties in support of the program including: planning, organizing and maintaining confidential filing systems, and preparation of graphs, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Assist in preparation of written reports for funders and partners, and the development of grant proposals to support the program.
- Monitor , track the progress of a project and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Point of contact for the project and in charge of communicating regular updates to the team.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Possess the ability to work on several projects simultaneously with moving targets.
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact professionally with all levels of individuals including executive management.
- Strong computer skills with knowledge in MS Project, Power Point, Word, Excel, etc.
- Must possess superior organizational, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus
- Preferred two to three years relevant experience in a project support role
