Risk Officer

1. Define and identify all kinds of risks that are inherent and affect the company's business and profitability.
2. Evaluate these risks and measure their actual and potential impact on the company
3.  Set up weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to monitor activities and red flags involving those risks in order to manage the level of exposure and the readiness of the company to take those risks.
4. Reporting to the Executive Management and the Risk Management Committee of the Board of Directors periodically and when necessary, in connection with the above tasks and propose appropriate measures.

Job description of risk officer

1.  To carry out all tasks assigned to the work of risk management through the implementation of policies, procedures and means to identify evaluate measure and control the risks to which the Company is exposed.
2. Put in place all tools and reports related to risk management and the mechanism to be submitted to the concerned authorities in a timely manner.
3.  Monitor risks in the performance of the Company's loan portfolio, report to the General Manager and the Risk Committee on the performance and quality of lending, as well as adherence to established procedures, calculation of loan indicators, defaults, repayment rates and other indicators.
4.  Evaluate and implement the classification of performing and non-performing loans and calculating their provisions to cover the risks and provide early warnings.
5.  Give opinions on the risks related to the development of new products and the opening of new branches and markets in coordination with other departments.
6.  Analysis of internal processes and reports on operational risks, particularly fraud.
7.  Identify and measure liquidity risk in coordination with finance department.
8.  Monitor AML & Compliance program that includes adequate advice and controls, to ensure compliance with all laws and regulatory requirements issued by the official authorities in coordination with the AML & Compliance officer.
