All bids must be submitted no later than (October,31st, 2018) at 5:00 PM (local Lebanese time) at the following address: Beirut – Hamra- Makdessi Street - G.S Building - 3rd Floor
Oxfam will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to Oxfam.
Any Tender received after the stated deadline shall not be considered.
