Part time M&E officer

• In coordination and technical guidance of CARE MEAL department develop the M&E work plan of the project (OSM, PDM, baseline and endline, etc…).
• Actively take part in designing M&E tools and templates of the project.
• Lead and organize all related learning exercises and sessions.
• Conduct the M&E activities and ensure that those activities are being implementing according to the work plan and time line.
• Ensure that the beneficiary database is correct, accurate and up-to-date.
• Write monthly M&E report to the project manager.

Perform other duties as required by Akkarouna

Experience and technical competencies required: (include years of experience)

• 2 to 3 years of experience in data science, monitoring and evaluation or any related field
• Excellent capacity building, training, coaching and mentoring skills
• Excellent knowledge of the negative impacts of child labor on child development
• Excellent knowledge of the worst and other forms of child labor
• Excellent communication and psychosocial first aid skills
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, creativity and flexibility
• Comfortable in a multi-cultural environment, flexible and able to handle pressure well
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Word and Excel)

Previous experience in international organizations and humanitarian settings is a plus
