- Supports all Psychosocial Support Program Components in terms of management, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Conducts outreach activities to attract and engage youth in project activities.
- Delivers life-skills trainings as well as awareness raising sessions to caregivers, women, and youth on interpersonal skills and psychosocial issues.
- Facilitates or supports project related trainings/workshops for staff and volunteers.
- Conducts field visits on a regular basis to the different project sites to ensure that activities are being implemented by AL-JANA’s team according to the project work plan and in compliance with monitoring and evaluation plan.
- Provides technical support on Gender Based Violence, Child Protection, and Psychosocial Support to AL-JANA’s project officers and project field teams as well as to partners’ teams.
- Supports project internal monitoring and evaluation.
- Participates in project meetings and UN coordination meetings/working groups at field level and provides regular feedback.
- Supports correspondence with donors and partners, in cooperation with the Programmes Coordinator.
- Prepares monthly reports.
- Maintains close coordination with the Psychosocial Support Programme Coordinator and Life-skills Coordinator.
- Represents ARCPA in related events.
- Performs other job-related tasks as requested by supervisor.
