The logistics assistant will:
- Assist in preparing the purchases for Cesvi Lebanon;
- Assist in ensuring that Cesvi procedures are applied and respected;
- Relate with suppliers to obtain quotations and purchase goods;
- Keep the vendor list and property report updated;
- Check deliveries of purchased goods on the field;
- Assist in ensuring purchases are done on time;
- Assist in organizing the transports of staff and goods to other sites;
- Assist is checking cars (daily check list, car log book, cleaning...) and in the follow-up of cars’ movements;
- Assist Project staff in organizing field activities;
- Assist in the IT Management;
- Follow-up the good use of the equipment;
- Assist Admin & Logistics officer for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the office;
- Performs other tasks assigned by the Admin & Logistics officer.
Required Competencies:
- Min 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills
- Native Arabic speaker, very good Level of English
- Good knowledge of procurement procedures
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
