- Support life-skills trainings as well as awareness raising sessions to youth on interpersonal skills and psycho-social support issues.
- Reaches out to youth across Lebanon and encourages them to participate in program activities.
- Facilitates or supports project related trainings/workshops for staff and volunteers.
- Provides technical support on Gender Based Violence, Child Protection, and Psychosocial Support to AL-JANA’s project officers and project field teams as well as to partners’ teams.
- Supports project internal monitoring and evaluation.
- Participates in project meetings and UN coordination meetings/working groups at field level and provides regular feedback.
- Supports correspondence with donors and partners, in cooperation with the Programmes Coordinator.
- Prepares monthly reports.
- Supports all Psycho-social Support Program Components in terms of management, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Represents ARCPA in related events.
- Performs other job-related tasks as requested by supervisor.
