Main responsabilities:
- Arrange visits to the PHCCs. Conduct daily survey data collection (average of 8 to 10 interviews per day), fill assessments through a questionnaire.
- Ensure all information on each survey is accurate and complete prior input into the database and submit it on time.
- Ensure daily transfer of information to the Monitoring and Evaluation officers (i.e. total households visited, including vacant dwellings and interview refusal, challenges faced during data collection).
- Report immediately to MdM referent any problem arising in the service, especially the loss, robbery, damage of equipment or any staff safety issues. Comply with MdM security rules.
- Assessor teams will be supported by the Monitoring and Evaluation Officers who will plan daily movements, provide assistance as needed and monitor daily activities.
- Submitting completed tasks on time and discussing with the Monitoring and Evaluation Officers’ highlights and notes.

Requested competences/skills/profile
FLUENT Arabic, knowledge of Syrian dialect (mother- tongue level). Some English preferable
Resident of the Bekaa area with strong local knowledge of the area
- Prior community outreach and/or volunteer work, especially with Syrians refugees in Lebanon, previous experience in dealing with refugees communities is mandatory
- Experience conducting Focus Group Discussions ia a Plus
- Secondary diploma- BA degree preferable, but not necessary in case candidate’s experience comply with the position
- Ability to conduct interviews
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Good communication skills and able to respect confidentiality: ability to listen carefully and identified points of interest to be elaborated
