Description of the contract
The Palestine Red Crescent Society in Lebanon announces its intention to buy 18,282 kits.
The purchase is conducted as part of the EUTF Madad funded Red Cross and Red Crescent
program Addressing Vulnerabilities of Refugees and Host Communities in Five Countries
Affected by the Syria Crisis. The kits are purchased to be provided to vulnerable
community members in Palestinian refugee camps all over Lebanon.

How to Apply
Submission of tenders
The Contracting Authority must receive the tenders before the deadline specified in 10.3. The hand delivered tenders should be delivered to the following address:
Palestine Red Crescent Society – Lebanon Branch (PRCS/L)
Attention: PRCS/L Procurement department
Akka Center, Beirut, Ghobeiry, Airport Bridge, Lebanon
Opening hours: 8.30-14.00
Tenders must comply with the following conditions:
10.2 All tenders must be submitted in one original, marked ‘original’, and two (2) copies signed in the same way as the original and marked ‘copy’.
10.3 All tenders must be received at the address indicated under 10.1
before the deadline 12:00 UTC+2 on Monday 10 December 2018, hand-delivered against receipt signed by a representative of the Palestine Red Crescent Society.
