Data Entry Officer

Main Tasks:

• Assist in elaborating qualitative/quantitative tools and reports for himaya’s activities.
• Participate in the harmonization of the monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning procedures
• Analyze relevant data related to the project's indicators
• Ensure the proper collection of Key Performance Indicators’ Results on time from relevant units
• Collect the M&E tools from team members according to the deadline set
• Analyze the data collected depending on the reports requirements
• Extract reports from Oracle
• Prepare the internal activities report and send it to the area managers, program and manager and project managers for validation then submit the final version to managers and OD and ED
• Send a quarterly and a yearly report with an evaluation to the ED that includes the needed statistics and analysis.  
• Prepare and submit impact reports
• Submit himaya’s logframe on a quarterly basis
• Attend the project monthly meeting and submit M&E data related to each project
• Assist the team members in Oracle data entry and provide them with technical support when needed
