Facilitator (Female)

RMF is seeking a facilitator with demonstrated experience in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR). The facilitator will be responsible for facilitating activities under SRHR in North Lebanon.  

The facilitator will be based in Mejdlaya – Zgharta with frequent travel to selected areas in North Lebanon, and will be responsible for implementing the activities. Under the supervision of the project coordinator, she will ensure that the projects’ objectives are met in accordance with donor requirements – adhere to strict timelines, ensure the reporting of quality & timely data, ensure that the project outcomes are sustained and continually drive innovation and improvement within the project.

Responsibilities include:

• Attend all the trainings conducted under the project and/or recommended by the project coordinator.
• Outreach most vulnerable females in the targeted areas.
• Facilitate all activities included in the project such as awareness sessions, life skill activities, referrals, etc.
• Ensure that different sectoral activities are implemented in a coordinated and cohesive manner.

Requirements

• Female
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a humanitarian context
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in facilitating activities
• Strong experience in SRHR components
• Bachelor degree in social work, public health, education, or any other related field
• Experience in activities related to girls’ rights and/or child marriage are an asset
• Flexible work attitude and ability to work independently within a small team
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of Arabic and English mandatory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Flexible work arrangement which requires frequent travel to the field. Candidates must be able to balance field and office work.
