Provide a 2 days training on Advanced Communication Skills for Coaches in Beirut, Lebanon

• Training should include:
  • Communication skills for coaches working in the education sector.
  • the trainer must build the capacities of the coaches on how to address teachers and how they can deliver their feedback and guidance properly.
  • Training content must be delivered fully in Arabic, and the same applies for the training materials.
  • Interactive activities to ensure coaches have grasped key concepts
  • Certificates for coaches’ members to acknowledge the successful completion

 Qualifications of Successful Candidate

• At least five years’ experience in the field of staff development for NGO’s
• Proven successful completion of similar training previously.
