Main Tasks:
- Coordination
- Oversee all project activities and be the main contact point for the field staff
- Prepare and facilitate coordination meetings
- Participate in management team meetings
- Encourage links between partners and identify potential synergies
- Ensure specific follow-up in the absence of a PwD team member
- Coordinate and collaborate effectively with other members of the FPS PwD team
- Reporting activity implementation as per the logframe and donor requirements
- Coordinating with operations department in relation to HR and Logistics
- Coordinating with all relevant partners (MoSA, MoPH, OPDs, etc)
- Trainings
- Coordinating with the Master Trainers and Logistics regarding training schedule, locations, and hotel procurement
- Supporting the creation of the training invitations inline with the FPS and Ministerial (MoSA, MoPH) requirements
- Participate in filtering training participants
- Review and follow-up on training reports
- Team
- Planning of training and situational analysis schedules with the PwD team
- Informing relevant partners of updates and activities
- Making sure PwD consultant reporting lines are being respected
- Following up on all PwD tasks and identified needs
- Represent FPS at all technical meetings and presentations
- Validate the plan of action of consultants
- Evaluate PwD consultants
- Have regular meetings (weekly) with the PwD team
- Establish good communication with the team to prevent and solve eventual conflicts
- Develop team building activities when appropriate and possible
- Communication
- Internal communication
- Close communication/coordination with the Director of Programs is essential
- Draw up a monthly report covering the implementation status of the various aspects of the disability project. This report is based on a structured and monthly input from each programs team member
- Provide a regular technical report to the line manager
- External communication
- Represent FPS at relevant meetings
- Participate to sector technical working groups /INGO meetings as required
- Internal communication
- Logistics
- Creating, requesting, and tracking purchase requests
- Coordinate daily with logistics on all movement plan information and validation
- Ensure team application of all security and logistics policies.
- Finance
- Provide finance with any feedback regarding the expenditures.
- Based on the activity-focused information from the Finance department, guide and direct the use of budgets related to programs activities.
- HR
- Supervise and motivate the team
- Support and monitor all staff under his/her responsibility in team management
- Assist in recruitment if needed
- Train and supervise own team members
- Draw up the IAP (Individual Action Plan) and final and intermediate evaluations for consultants under his/her direct responsibility
- Prepare or update when needed consultant ToRs (with the Director of Programs)
