Medical Committee

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

1. Leads all medical aspects of the URDA UNHCR Medical program

2. Supervises the implementation of URDA strategy.

3. Coordinates and supervises the operations of URDA clinics

4. Represents URDA in Medical sector meetings

5. Participates in the development of strategy for URDA medical activities

6. Co-operates with the administration team regarding budgeting of medical activities and with the financial team regarding purchasing and dispatching of medical equipment and drugs

7. Serves as the focal person for the medical referents

8. Provides technical advice to the medical team concerning health activities implementation

9. Assesses training needs of medical team (staff and volunteers) and develops / implements a capacity-building plan

10. Takes part in performance evaluations of the medical team.

Requirements:

• good in English (speaking and writing)
• good computer skills
• The age must be over 25 years old
• Has the ability to coordinate and follow up.
• Has a background about the social work.
