Lebanon Rapid Environmental Assessment for Greening Recovery, Reconstruction & Reform 2006

The objectives of this assessment are to identify and prioritize environmental impacts caused by the July 2006 war, to propose measures to alleviate those impacts rated as significant, and to recommend opportunities for greening the recovery, reconstruction, and reform process to the extent possible. The report also aims at providing decision makers with a series of practical and integrated action plans to rebuild and restore damaged areas in an environmentally sound manners.
