Soon Animator Trainer

- Conducts Soon Animation trainings.
- Maintains a safe training environment.

- Assists in analysing the data collected and reports on both quantitative and qualitative figures;

- Checks, supports and follows up on trainees’ comprehension and understanding of the training workshop by using observations and interviews to verify that learning objectives were met;

Knowledge and Experience

Bachelor or equivalent degree in animation, social studies, psychology or other relevant field;
At least one year of experience in delivering trainings;
Previous experience working with children is a must
Preferably working with refugee/vulnerable populations;
Basic knowledge of child development;

Skills and Competencies

Strong interpersonal communication skills;
Fluency in Arabic;
Flexibility;
Cultural sensitivity;
Familiarity with creative methodologies;
Positive, respectful attitude and collaborative approach to diversity;
Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with team members;
