- Conduct home visits in Dennieh area with beneficiaries in order to collect anamnestic data in coordination with the CBR worker
- Evaluate the family needs and resources’ availability
- Deliver the services to the beneficiaries
- Support in the identification, assessment, documentation, referral to relevant services.
- Communicate regularly with the CBR worker for updates on achievements and challenges in the field
- Performing any other related duties that may be assigned by the CBR worker
