- Plan and monitor the implementation of vocational courses in the agricultural vocational schools as well as external centres, following the methodologies set by the livelihood department and respecting the logistical, administrative and communication processes (Field visit may be required all over Lebanon);
- Facilitate the implementation of the partner activities, liaising with school directors, tutors and teachers
- Provide monthly quantitative and narrative reports to the VT coordinator
- Collaborate with the M&E department and facilitate data collection and archiving through the different M&E tools (Focus group discussion, surveys, database…)
- Insure follow up of the beneficiaries following the vocational courses in order to track youth development (in collaboration with the PS department);
- Plan, conduct and report technical meetings and trainings with teachers;
- Conduct relevant research to answer technical needs of the AVSs
- Demonstrate an understanding of the integrated approach of the program
- Perform any other relevant duties as required.
