Assistant Financial Administrative Officer

1- Direct project implementation 

 

  • Monitor and control project budget on a monthly basis
  • Follow up on financial matters related to the procurement as per LRC procedures and policies as well as the monthly expenses with MS Financial Administrative Officer
  • Determine the cost of activities and plan their execution with the Project Coordinator
  • Follow up on requisitions, deliveries, storage and distribution of supplies for activities
  • Organize all logistical matters related to meetings and field visits 
  • Follow up on the schedule of MADAD Driver
  • Assist the Social Workers on daily basis all issues related to procurement and logistics
  • Keep records and maintain a proper filing system 
  • Support the Project Coordinator in HR administrative tasks 

 

 

2- Reporting 

 

  • Prepare monthly financial reports received from the Social Workers in the field and submit them to the MS Financial Administrative Officer
  • Prepare monthly statistics reports
  • Update the Project Coordinator monthly on the project expenses and statistics
