Field Coordinator

1. Recruit, select and register in-need Syrian and Lebanese beneficiaries.

2. Prepare and execute a logistic plan which includes transportation and other class services.

3. Prepare and supervise student progress tests.

4. Decrease the school drop out in Baalbeck – Hermel.

5. Create and execute a marketing plan for the products produced in the vocational training.

6. Supervise the pre-tests and post-tests to compare progress.

7. Supervise trainers.

8. Ensure the vocational training of the sewing for the beneficiaries.

9. Send weekly and monthly reports as requested by the project coordinator. 

10. Revise all documents provided by teachers before sending them to the project coordinator. 

11. Attend all required meetings and workshops.

12. Abide with LOST's child protection policy.
