Lebanese Labor Law Workshop

During this 4-day Lebanese Labor Law workshop, you will learn about various aspects such as rights and obligations, resolving disputes, employment contracts, compensation, working permits, and much more.

 

Workshop Outline:

• A copy of the LLL and the NSSF law
• Presentation tackling different scenarios/questions that arise during the course of employment with answers and examples to better understand the LLL and NSSF law
• Practical case studies
• Various case studies about lawful and unlawful termination, intentional damages to the employer, breach of non-compete article in which you will be asked to draft:
• A notice of termination
• A claim to the court for unlawful termination, specifying their rights and demands
• A judgment (acting as a judge) in which they will specify the breaches made by the employer and employee
