Head of Programs

  • Defining the Programs strategy at Mentor Arabia
  • Leading the implementation of the programs including the preparation and maintenance of work plans and ensuring their timely implementation
  • Managing relationships with the partners, consultants and trainers on a regular basis
  • Monitoring and evaluating project activities against the indicators and benchmarks
  • Overseeing the utilization and disbursement of project funds, ensuring that funds are committed, re-allocated and expended within the budget and in a timely and efficient manner
  • Mobilizing personnel, goods and services needed for project implementation
  • Representing Mentor Arabia in relevant meetings and events under the programs/project Ensuring adequate acknowledgment and visibility of the donor contribution at all levels
  • Leading and motivating the Programs team at Mentor
  • Contributing to projects related human and financial resource mobilization
  • Ensuring the identification and synthesis of best practices and lessons learned from the project
  • Performing other duties as requested by ED.
