INJAZ Lebanon Volunteer Facilitator (HR Focus)

Do you have more than 5 years of experience in HR and Recruitment? Volunteer now with INJAZ Lebanon and help us prepare Lebanese youth to start a successful career by delivering our work-readiness programs to university students.

Volunteer profile:

General Characteristics

-             Be highly motivated to share his/her knowledge and experience

-             Be highly committed

-             Be able to motivate and inspire youth

-             Have good communication and interpersonal skills

-             Project a professional image in attire as well as in behavior

Volunteers for university students

-             Able to manage and engage university students

-             Holder of a bachelor’s degree with a min. of 5 years of work-related experience. - Good presentation skills

-             Work readiness experience

-             Work readiness skills (team work, communication, critical thinking…)

-             Knowledge in employment methodology ex. CV writing, managing job interviews…) - Experience in Human Resources or senior / managerial level professional. 

Volunteer time and area of intervention

• 3 days per area of 3.5 hours each
