Overall Role and Responsibility
The M&E Officer position operates under the authority of humedica Country Coordinator (CC) - Lebanon. The M&E Officer will be responsible for designing and implementing the M&E activities of the project, assisting the CC in preparing Quarterly/Annual reports on project progress and assisting the CC to monitor and control all project activities on a daily basis.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve monitoring, controlling and evaluation procedures
- Perform controlling, monitoring and evaluation of all project components (MMU, midwives, PHC support, Special Case Component, MHPSS Component, Outreach Component)
- Provide feedback and recommendations for further improvement of project activities
- Provide internal M&E reports on a regular basis, e.g. on the project implementation, project progress and financial spending
- Provide data and inputs for all periodically reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.)
- Fill, check and analyze statistics (patient statistics etc.)
- Assist the CC in assuring quality management of all project components
- Administrative support to coordinator (e.g. entering and double-checking patient statistics)
- Collect and analyze feedback from beneficiaries
- Collect and analyze feedback from the humedica team
- Assist the CC in facilitating monitoring and evaluation visits
- Participate in relevant trainings if available and feasible

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Contract: October 2022 with possible extension
Working hours: 8.30am– 5:00pm, one hour lunch break
Skills & Competencies:
- Education degree: University degree is a must
- Minimum 2 – 3 years in relevant field
- NGO working experience desirable
- Fluency in English and Arabic are essential

- Shows proven networking, team-building, organizational and communication skills and is highly organized in working with others
- Experience in data collection and analysis as well as M&E assessment tools are required
