Introduction:
The Psycho-social support Trainer must provide PSS classes for adolescents’ girls and women who are attending the women and girls safe spaces. S/he will assist on the delivery of IMC structured non-focused PSS classes.
Main tasks:
- Coordinate implementation of the PSS activities in-line with defined objectives.
- Develop an action plan of PSS activities, topics and other type of interventions with the group based on a “Group intervention approach”.
- Implement these sessions on a periodical manner and evaluate each session with the women and girls as well as with the GBV officer.
- Revise sessions according to each feedback/evaluation and constantly adapt approaches and exercises.
- Positively interact with women and girls, and encourage them to express their needs, feelings, and ensure their safety.
- Document all necessary feedback and provide regular monitoring report to the project coordinator on the progress of participants.
- Identify and refer women and girls in need of GBV Case Management to the CM team.

- Qualifications:
- Gender Based Violence Background is mandatory
- Certifications and experience in using art and meditation techniques in implementing psychosocial interventions is mandatory
- Strong facilitation and organizational skills
- Motivated-and ability to work in a team
- Strong interpersonal skill
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Welling to travel across Lebanon
- Experience required:
- 3-5 Years of Experience
- Languages and computer literacy
- Fluent in English and Arabic
