The trainer is responsible for:
- Provide effective teaching method to inmates by employing suitable strategies in teaching - demonstrations, discussions, projects etc.
- Develop a 200 hours curriculum (100 hours theory and 100 hours practice)
- Prepare the list of the items needed for the trainingImpliment the curriculum
- Prepare an attendance list on daily basis
- Use positive discipline in the classroom
- Safety measures must be taken
- Maintain all the equipment used during the training
The candidate will coordinate the training with AJEM head of social department on daily basis.
Prepare monthly report to the project coordinator.
