Project Assistant (Emergency and Stabilization Department) - Beirut

Under the overall supervision of the Head of IOM Office in Lebanon and the direct supervision of the Emergency Response & Stabilization Coordinator and in close coordination with the National Programme Officer, the National Basic Assistance Officer and the Senior Distribution Assistant, the incumbent will:

• Provide overall assistance to the National Programme Officers in the implementation and monitoring of project work related to Social Stability, livelihoods, Shelter and Cash-Based Assistance Projects.
• Support in the day to day monitoring of previous and ongoing Emergency and Stabilization Projects activities and ensure timely and proper implementation.
• Assist in preparing tracking sheets and implementation checklists.
• Drafting leaflets, project summaries, and press releases.
• Support in preparing work plans and report updates on progress of all Emergency & Stabilization projects on a regular basis and as needed. In coordination with Beirut-based programme staff, Follow-up and liaise with project stakeholders in maintaining project administration systems for all Emergency and Stabilization projects. 
• As requested, assist in research, monitoring and evaluation and related data-entry activities.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned.
