OBJECTIVE:
The HR intern will be assisting and providing support on HR Services , helping in the recruitment process, organizing and keeping track of personnel documents, daily follow up on leave administration
DUTIES:
- Enter data into the HR database and personal files and keep them up-to-date in order to facilitate HR processes management.
- Follow up on the related clerical aspects of vacancies and employment such as personnel request forms, posting job ads, calling Candidates for job interviews
- Assist in data entry and proper follow up on leave management and administration of staff and personnel
- Prepare Job offers and contracts
- Help in the Proper and accurate filing of personnel documents on daily basis
- Perform other HR duties as required
- Update CV(s)database
