- In collaboration with the capacity building department, coordinate the capacity building activities to develop skills and abilities of staff and teachers on different topics (Identification and referrals, Inclusion, class management, youth psychological development, how to deal with challenging cases…);
- Organize a monthly meeting with the staff to improve their ability to deal with challenging cases;
- Conduct interventions with teachers on field to improve their ability to deal with hard cases.
- Facilitate group therapy and support group sessions in coordination with the multidisciplinary team;
- Provide psychological support to beneficiaries when needed;
- Organize monthly support groups for staff Team, who are in daily contact with beneficiaries (stress and anger management / burn out sessions / conflict resolution skills / resilience building / etc…).
- Work closely with the outreach team in order to insure inclusion within the different project activities;
- Mapping and update of the referral network. Service and sharing with the staff.
- Ensure that the referral system is well functioning and that the referred cases are followed.
- Support the Life skills team to enhance the impact of the sessions for the youth.
- Accomplish any other assignments given by the Project Manager.
