Consultancy : Capacity building plan, on-going trainings and coaching for educational program (FULL TOR ATTACHED)

This work will be based on last year need assessment and trainings conducted (student engagement, active learning strategies and educational psychology). The main objective of this consultancy is to assess team members need and elaborate a capacity building plan adapted for all team members developed over 3 years (2019 – 2021). On-going trainings will be done as per staff needs in order to enhance their pedagogical skills and create opportunities for innovation. Coaching will take place in-between trainings to adjust intervention and hence application of training learnings. In this perspective, we require to specifically look at:

• To assess Sin El Fil and Jnah team members needs according to their position and tasks in order to identify main fields of capacity building,
• To lead at least 3 trainings in adequation with team’s need and interest per scholastic year,
• To conduct coaching visits between trainings in tight coordination with the pedagogical supervisors in each centre to ensure a sustainable dynamic,

Process will end with a participatory evaluation of teams lead by consultant with handover to the pedagogical supervisors for sustainability of the capacity building dynamic.

Please note that the TOR are attached, application that wouldn't follow the TOR won't be taken in consideration.
