Consultancy : Highlights of 10 years of community work in Sin El Fil and Jnah areas (FULL TOR ATTACHED)

The main objective of this consultancy is to contribute to document the positive impact of the project on the last 10 years at least (quantitative and qualitative), and to recommend on areas of development for the future in order to promote the project toward potential new donors. In this frame, the consultant will work closely with the project coordinator and key team members in supervision of Executive Director to:

• Interviews and FGD with stakeholders of the project (children, parents, schools, team members)
• Capitalize MS experience in the 2 areas and assess strengths and opportunities,
• Document on at least 10 years of positive impact (qualitative and quantitative),
• Produce a synthesis report as a portfolio of the project with its main success stories and area of development
