The International Rescue Committee (the IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. With funding from various international donors the IRC supports Syrian refugees and host communities throughout Lebanon in the areas of protection, women's empowerment, economic recovery and development and education.
The IRC invites qualified companies to submit a proposal for providing "Car rental services". The Request for proposal (RFP) containing invitation to tender, instructions to bidders, annexes, general & special conditions of the contact etc... for the supplier can be collected from IRC office in Beirut, located at 711, Alfred Naccache St., Near AUST University, above UPS, Azouri center, 8th floor, Ashrafieh from May 28th, 2019.
Contact person for RFP collection is Ms. Nayiri Karageuzian. Office hours are 9:00 am - 2:00 pm from Monday till Friday till 6th of June 2019 and from 9:00 am - 4:00 PM from 7th June till 14th of June 2019. The proposal must be submitted in the format of two separate sealed envelope marked "Car Rental Services – Technical Proposal and Car Rental Services – Financial Proposal" and hand delivered to the same address before 16:00 PM on June 14th, 2019.
No proposal shall be accepted after this time.
