Call for Consultant for a Labor Market Assessment

- Brief proposal demonstrating a clear methodology, deliverable timeframe, budget, including prior experience on carrying out similar assessments.
- CV demonstrating the essential skills and experience as outlined in the attached TOR
- A sample report (similar), if possible.
