Job Description

1. Develop a business training curriculum.
2. Provide capacity building trainings for micro, small and medium enterprises and cooperatives.
3. Provide business trainings for local farmers.
4. Provide business trainings for youth.
5. Help trained women to startup their agriculture business.
6. Help trained youth to startup their agriculture business.
7. Train farmers and support them to make their farming enterprise profitable and able to respond to market demands.
8. Report any kind of challenges or incidents to the project coordinator.
9. Send weekly reports to the project coordinator.
10. Document all project related files.
11. Help farmers build a network with people who are selling agricultural goods.

Experience

• 3 years of relevant experience.

Skills 

• Very good computer skills using MS Excel, Word.
• Professional communication skills; using e-mail.
• Active and self-motivated.
• Trustful and able to handle sensitive matters.
• Able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
