The Finance Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations related to daily accounting entries. review of supporting documentation, performing reconciliations.
These tasks include:
- Monitor day- to- day financial operations within the organization, such as payroll, invoicing and other transaction.
2- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
3- Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the organization’s actual performance compared to the work plan.
4- Perform reconciliations of bank balances and make sure all payments has been recognized.
5- Record transaction in the computerized accounting system.
6- Control and maintain timesheets for each employee.
7- Present financial reports to donor in formal meetings.
