1. TENDER PURPOSE: NRC Funded by EU MADAD wishes to receive bids for the construction of Works.
The contract is to execute the following Works:
a) Construction of a water network in Riyak.
b) Borehole equipping in Taraya .
2. ELIGIBILITY: Eligible bidders are Contractors classified as First Degree Contractors for Water Project with the Lebanese Ministry of Energy and Water, and CDR five stars classified contractor in civil works in Lebanon, with at least two successfully handed over projects as the prime contractor of a minimum individual value of two million U.S. dollars in the last three years within Lebanon, respecting also the EU rules of origin and nationality.

4. TENDER SUBMISSION: All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers in person and

5. CLOSING DATE: Closing date for requesting tender documents is 7 July 2019 at 11:00 PM.
