Public Administration Researcher

Job purpose

The Public Administration Researcher will support a public administration reform project through data collection, analysis, and requirements design. He/She will meet with relevant stakeholders and engage in change management activities. He/She will further coordinate with the automation team to validate the implemented solution and help training the beneficiary on the proposed solution.

Responsibilities

  • Review legal cases and analyse challenges.
  • Understand and map administrative workflows.
  • Review workflows in light of administrative law and regulations.
  • Participate to process optimization discussions.
  • Document work throughout project and draft reports.
  • Meet with various stakeholders when relevant.
  • Coordinate with other team members.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Public Administration, Law or equivalent.
  • Experience in public sector reform and/or public administration.
  • Excellent command of written, read and spoken Arabic and English.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and perform well under-pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain good internal and external relationships.
  • Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
