Volunteers to help with organizing the End of Year Performance

Ayadina association is a non-profit and non-governmental organization based in Nabaa area. Aaydina association is running an art school teaching visual art classes, theater, dance (hip hop and ballet) in addition to teaching Derbaki, Guitar, and Piano.  Ayadina’s aim is to serve a larger population from Burj Hammuod and Nabaa area, both children and youth, by providing the Art Education Program at value prices. Over 14 years, Ayadina association strived to exchange and share artistic tools with the neighborhood, every year Ayadina welcomes around 200-240 students. 

Ever since Ayadina organizes an end of year performance. The performance provides the students with a chance to celebrate their yearly journey. This year Ayadina is organizing the end of year performance on Friday 5th of July.

In order to organize the best occasion possible for the students, Ayadina will be needing a number of volunteers who will be accompanying the students during their waiting times between each scene and another in the backstage.

Qualifications

• Aged 20 years and above
• Responsible, dedicated and trustworthy
• Previous experience working with kids 
• Social Workers preferred 
• Good communication Skills 

Number of volunteers needed

• 16-20 volunteers

Date of attending:

• Any day before 5th of July for two hours (training and introduction) at Ayadina Center in Nabaa.
• Thursday 4th of July @ 16:00 till 17:00 at Sin El Fil Municipality.
• Friday 5th of July from 16:00 till 19:30 (end of year performance) at Sin El Fil Municipality.

Volunteers are asked to provide a great spirit, safe presence and encouraging accompaniment for the students during sensitive moments that might mark the students’ memory for life.
