Presenting Skills Trainer

We are looking for a professional and creative trainer in the media and communication fields for our media team. You will be facilitating “Advanced Presenting skills for social media programs” training to a group of 20 individuals for full 2 days including providing support for the team to develop advanced experience in the different methods of advanced presenting skills, the aim of the training is to improve the process of content making that will be posted to our platform on social media.

 

The trainer will focus on developing and conducting a training for the participants to better understand and get advanced experience in the importance of presenting skills including the use of voice, presenting, physical appearance, mass communication and body language that aims at improving modern updated presenting skills.  

 

As a facilitator, you will be surrounded by academic participants, from different cultural backgrounds, who have good media experience, we expect that you are familiar with the essence of the content and the training to be interactive and to have a practical side.

 

 The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience and knowledge of the impact of the new media platforms. He/she must be a highly motivated individual with experience and passion for sharing knowledge. It’s very crucial that the team receives trainings on professional skills.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Your work aim is to teach and support the team in presenting skills in professional model methods.
  • Get familiar with projects being prepared to plan the content accordingly.
  • It’s highly preferable that the training interactive and has practical side.
  • The training will be on full 2 days (July 2019)
  • You must be familiar with the action plan and planned trainings, to create your vision about the expected results and goal of the project.
  • You should coordinate the follow up with our mentor.
  • You should be taking consideration the team's capabilities, available materials and logistics.

 

 

 

Qualifications

●    Certifications and experience in media and information work.

●    Strong facilitation and organizational skills.

●    Strong interpersonal skill

●    Conflict Sensitivity Training is an Asset.

●    Experience in conducting trainings.

●    Excellent social and personal relationships.

●    Excellent communication skills.

●    Excellent English technical words knowledge.

 

Professional Experience:

  • minimum 5 years of professional experience in similar specialization.
  • Experience and ability to deal with unexpected challenges.
  • Wide vision about the effective work on social media.
  • Possession of a degree in a relevant field.
  • Have a high comfort level with social media platforms such as:  Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), organizational and interpersonal skills.
