Animator

The key roles and responsibilities are: 

• Plan, develop and implement daily/weekly activities for beneficiaries with their active participation and in collaboration with CP and FSL team of Save the Children
• Conduct recreational sessions
• Participate in the trainings organised by SCI and partner and apply the learning from these trainings to deliver the responsibilities with high standard and quality.
• Collaborate with CP Assistant for training and technical support, supervision and follow up
• Keep details records of Beneficiaries and submit activities progress reports regularly as per the agreed schedule
• Identify Beneficiaries of low medium and high risk cases to refer to SCI CP Assistant
• Ensure consistent participation of the Beneficiaries in all activities

• Ensure activities meet the needs of all beneficiaries, including high-risk beneficiaries and those with special needs
• Ensure that all related material and supplies are available for Beneficiaries to easily access at partner

• Ensure that all children feel comfortable, safe and respected and no young person is excluded or discriminated against
• Ensure the existence of a positive and cooperative learning atmosphere

مفاتيح الأدوار والمسؤوليات هي:          

• وضع خطة,تطوير وتنفيذ الأنشطة يوميا/اسبوعيا للمستفيدين مع تأمين مشاركتهم الفعالة وبالتنسيق مع قسم حماية الطفل في جمعية انقاذ الطفل
• المشاركة في التدريبات التي تقيمها جمعية انقاذ الطفل الدولية و الشريك و تطبيق الأمور المكتسبة منها لتنفيذ المسؤوليات بأعلى المعايير والجودة
• التعاون مع مساعد قسم حماية الطفل للتدريبات والدعم التقني، الاشراف والمتابعة
• تسجيل تفاصيل انشطة المسفيدين وتقديم تقارير الأنشطة بحسب الجدول المتفق عليه
• رصد حالات متدنية، متوسطة وعالية الخطورة للمستفيدين وتحويلها للمساعد في حماية الطفل
• ضمان مشاركة المستفيدين المنتظمة في الأنشطة
• ضمان تغطية الأنشطة لحاجات المستفيدين بما فيه حالات المستفيدين الشديدة الخطورة وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة
• لتأكد من أن كافة المواد والأدوات المطلوبة لجلسات الدعم النفسي مؤمّنة وسهلة الوصول في جمعية
• ضمان راحة المستفيدينن و شعورهم بالأمان والاحترام وان لا أحد منهم  يتعرض للاستبعاد أو التمييز
• ضمان تواجد اجواء من التعلُّم الايجابي والتعاون
