UNICEF Lebanon would like to tender for “Improved waste water treatment at an adequate level of service in the southern suburbs of Beirut in the areas of Hay El Sellom (Municipality of Cheoiefat), Raml El Ali ( Borj Brajneh ) and Mreijeh” as stipulated in the attached LRPS, Annex 1 (detailed technical specification documents) in the below link and Annex 2 (Terms of Reference). Hence, I am writing to invite you for submitting your proposal to LRPS-2019-9150085.

You are kindly requested to quote your best price and submit your proposal by sealed envelopes as per the following and as indicated in the LRPS, page 1:

Proposals must be sent in sealed envelopes to the below address not later than 12:00h, 17 July 2019:

The reference LRPS#2019-9150085 must be shown on the envelope.

Proposals must be provided in sealed envelopes (one sealed envelope for the technical proposal and one sealed envelope for the financial proposal – both clearly marked - to be included in one sealed outer envelope) at the address stipulated in the LRPS.

Proposals sent in another manner will be invalid.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

2. All bidders are required to attend a mandatory  site visit  before their submission on Thursday 11 July 2019. The date of the training is 11 July 2019 at Etihad Baladyet El Dahyeh Building.
