TENDER NOTICE – Qurbani for Eid QUR0012019 / Islamic Relief Lebanon

Sealed tenders are invited by Islamic Relief Lebanon, for the supply of Qurbani meat (sheep or calf). These items are required to distribute on the three days of EID.

Deadline of submission of Tender: 29.07.2019 at 13:00 Hrs.

Date of Opening of tender: 03.08.2018 at 14:30 Hours.(Internal meeting)

Tender document can be collected from the Islamic relief office at Tawfic Tabbara center, 8th floor, Sanayeh. Beirut, Lebanon.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for consideration of this tender, a tenderer should meet the following requirements:

1. Company Registered and has a financial number
2. Flexible in payments
3. Has a working experience in the requested items.
4. Samples of the items are important.
5. Clear quotation stamped and signed by the company name.
6. Has a bank account by the company name and can receive external bank transfer.
7. Delivery cost must be mentioned on the quotation.
