Community Support Projects (CSP's) Consultant

Job Qualifications

• A university degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, mechanical) or any other related fields.
• Minimum 6 years work and practical experience in monitoring and supervision and implementation of CSP or any other executed projects.
• Computer, Microsoft office and English language skills is a must.  
• Demonstrated Knowledge of UNHCR's mandate, programs and activities as well as values and principles.
•  Acquisition of a driving license and clean criminal record is a must.  

Job Specifications

• Ability to report on technical aspects of different CSPs being implemented.  
• Ability to differentiate and inspect between real and suppliers offers.  
• Conduct regular monitoring visits to Location sites of CSPs.
• Maintain effective and good relations with municipalities of implementation area.  
• Follow and operate an effective and interactive referral process between municipalities, suppliers and higher management.
• Meet and interact with the suppliers.   
• Report on all of the above aspects in a detailed and organized approach to the designated official within the program team and based on the regularity set by the program management.
