Data Entry

1. Data Entry and Reporting

• Inserts data on daily basis on MOPH’s Health Information System and on RI’s database.
• Submits accurate qualitative and quantitative reports to MOPH-Primary Health Care department and RI on weekly and monthly basis.

2. General Administrative Support

• Register the patients at the PHCC
• Record basic information on individual patient health for the file (administrative part: name, address, phone number (if available), age, sex, and status - resident/refugee.)
• Provide receipts/ handle payments of patients at the PHCC in accordance with the RI and PHCC systems
• Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by PHCC and RI management
• Attend trainings organized by MOPH, RI, or any other external organization

 work coordination (Direct Reporting, Dotted Line work coordination and interdepartmental)

• The job holder reports directly to the Public Health Officer for follow up, supervision and segregation of tasks and duties in alignment with the work plans and timeframes, with dotted line work relation with the PHCC Manager for all tasks taking place within the PHCC on a day-to-day basis;

Decision making

• The Job Holder can take decisions solely related to her/his data entry tasks; any decisions beyond her/his realm or responsibility should be discussed with the Manager of the PHCC and/or coordinated with the Program Manager as relevant to the situation;
