Borders Supervisor (Bekaa)

IOCC is looking for Borders Supervisor who will be responsible for leading and supervising data entry cleck and vaccinators who are administering vaccins to children in Bekaa.  

Responsibilities and Essential Functions

• Set the weekly schedules of staff working at the borders and UNHCR vaccination sites
• Monitor the attendance and performance of staff daily through frequent field visits, telephone calls,…
• Ensure that staff are providing accurate data for reporting
• Develop further monitoring and reporting data when required
• Monitor the data taken during working hours to ensure that staff are covering all of the children crossing borders from Syria (UNHCR vaccination sites)
• Provide data on working hours and days of staff for their payment
• Report on any other data required from the field
• Perform other duties when required

• Organized
• Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to be flexible and accommodating when faced with difficult and frustrating working conditions
• Proven capacity in management, leadership and teamwork
• Proven capacity in training
• Excellent communication skills and team building skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Willingness to use personal car and travel to the field on a daily basis.
• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English
