1. Main Tasks:
ToT:
- Prepare and conduct a Training of Trainers on Problem Management + as created by WHO on the first two weeks of September
- Provide support to trainees
- Provide certificates of attendance to all trainees
- Liaise with FPS MHPSS Project Coordinator and PM+ Supervision Coordinator on any needs
Reporting:
- Provide report to FPS for ToT delivered in September
2. Deliverables:
- Monthly report on all training and supervision activities (as detailed above)
3. Qualifications:
- Degree in public health
- PM+ trainer
- Masters’ degree is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of similar work experience
- Motivated-and ability to work in a team
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
4. Languages and Computer Literacy:
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
