- Conduct Homework Support Groups (HSGs) on a daily basis
- Monitor the attendance of the children on a daily basis and inform the CFE Field Supervisor about any absenteeism
- Support the CFE Field Supervisors on implementing the Psychological Support Sessions (PSS) on a weekly basis
- Identify and refer cases of children who are identified to have severe protection risks
- Monitor and report any incident happens inside the classroom
- Deliver instruction based on individual needs
- Attend the staff meetings and any other meetings requested by the CFE Field Supervisors
- Attend trainings requested by the CFE Field Supervisors
- Encourage creativity and social interaction of children
- Develop lessons plans
- Organize activities for the students
- Assist the CFE Field Supervisors in collecting midterms and final certificates
- Assist CFE Field Supervisors in reporting
- Manage classroom and refreshment distribution for children
Communicate and interact with parents, teachers, and students when needed
