Social Worker

Specific responsibilities: 

• To identify and monitor protection risks and needs and identifying protection cases;
• To support the Team Leader in coordinating CP activities in each of the areas covered by the project;
• To support in the outreach phase of the project including identification of vulnerable locations and assessment of the families;
• To plan and organize assessment of needs and outreach activities under the supervision of the Team Leader and Coordinator;
• To organize regular awareness and CP activities in coordination with the Team Leader;
• To refer - internally and externally, beneficiaries in need of special care according to referral pathways after the approval of the Team Leader;
• To refer when needed children attending Community based activities in coordination with the Community Facilitator, CE Officer and Team Leader;
• To participate to the weekly meetings with TDH IT Staff, to share lessons learned and exchange experiences;
• To ensure proper documentation of data collected (hard and soft copies);
• To write weekly reports in collaboration with the Team Leader;
• To share information on field-level successes and challenges with the project team;
• To comply with the TDH IT Code of Conduct and Visibility Standards;
• Other duties as assigned by the Project Manager;
